Another Challenge - a storybook character doll

My wonderful upstairs neighbor is teaching me that I know how to do things that I don't believe I can do.  A couple of weeks ago she lent me her daughter's favorite bedtime story: The Spiffiest Giant in Town, by Julia Donaldson.  She wondered if I could make her a doll "giant".  I thought and thought and worried it would come out all wrong.  Finally, yesterday, I just gave it a shot.  His nightgown is knit and felted while the rest of him (the "doll") is all needle-felted.  I'm pretty pleased.  Who knew?  Thanks for the challenge Sarah!
